The Civil Service College has won a contract to train top and middle ranking European Commission civil servants. Several hundred officials from Brussels will be helped to develop key management competencies including leadership, business planning and performance management.The timing of the contract is important because of the imminent announcement of a civil service reform agenda as part of the modernising government programme.
