Explores the practical implications for managing change, coping with stress, teamworking, staff selection and working with others. Constitutes a practical approach that will be useful to management trainers and will also be of value in guiding managers dealing with employee motivation problems, but does not add significantly to the existing body of content theories of work motivation.
