The Institute of Public Policy Research (IPPR) is joining the debate about how to find a joined up solution to the problems caused by current retirement policies.Recently the TUC has launched an attack on Britain’s plans to meet old age provision, criticising the increasing number of companies who are abandoning final salary pension schemes and replacing them with less favourable pensions for their employees.
