This aims to get to the bottom of what makes a good partnership, asks what constitutes success, where does the partnering process require improvement and what is the future role of all interested parties, including central government?

In the last year ten per cent of UK households have gone over the digital TV.The Digital Television 2002 survey, conducted by MORI on behalf of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, (DCMS) shows digital take-up is up to 40%, from 30% a year ago.
