The NHS has extended the range of comparison websites with the launch of a site to help patients decide which hospital to choose for treatment. Patients are able to get the information they need to make a choice of hospital in the same way they might use ComparetheMarket.com.
Following a survey by YouGov , a PlaceIndex has ranked Britain’s major cities by various factors including cultural experience, atmosphere, ease of getting around, shops and restaurants, safety, investment potential and recommendation to visit. The indicators were combined to form an overall “desirability” score.

There are many listening organizations across the public, private and third sectors, but not so many hearing organizations. Listening and hearing are quite different ideas. Hearing implies that the organization is seeking information as a basis for action and that it has questions that need answers. The author contrast listening and hearing and shows that the true distinction is whether anything changes.
