Describes one concept of dialogue as helping to move people beyond the limits of their thinking through the basic principles of suspending judgements, inquiry without, inquiry within, equality, and openness. Sets out dialogue in use in a public sector organization which had a new head, highlighting the key issues which were uncovered, and briefly touches on the outcomes.
