Three debates are available in the current edition of e-Gov TV. ‘Strategic Partnership’ explores whether partnerships between local authorities are a viable means by which to make services more cost effective or whether multi-stakeholder projects, fraught with complexity and risk, are a better option.’eGoverment ICT Investment Return’ looks at where eGovernment ICT investment is delivering service improvement and a financial return and how local authorities can derive the maximum benefit from ICT.

‘eDemocracy & Active Citizenship’ examines new means by which local councils can start to increase active citizenship – taking part in the democratic process and ultimately increasing electoral turnout.
