Tristan Wilkinson, Director for Public Sector at Intel explains that with 20% of the UK still not online, boosting digital inclusion is a top priority for councils wanting to make significant cost savings while improving communication with citizens.

He also discusses the barriers to increasing digital inclusion and gives examples of local authorities who have successfully adopted digital technology to improve services.
