The partnership is transforming back office and customer services with the introduction of a single shared service arrangement across all partners and it is expected to generate £376 million cost savings over 10 years.

In this interview, Fiona Capstick, CEO of Southwest One discusses the objectives of the partnership and how it has reduced costs and improved citizen access to local services.
