Councils need to play a vital role in the UK’s climate change commitments according to Environmental Protection UK. In this interview Philip Mulligan, the Chief Executive, discusses ways in which councils can tackle the issue by helping citizens to improve the energy efficiency of their homes through to investing in renewable energy sources and greener fleet vehicles.
