This programme is now available to view on localgov.tv the online television channel for public service modernisation. It shows how councils can save up to £1 million each year by reducing benefit fraud and improving the efficiency of enquiry handling by bringing together data from different sources to create a single view of the customer.

The programme explores how Wakefield City Council has transformed customer service delivery with the MultiVue Identification Server from VisionWare. The customer relations management software has improved the accuracy of customer identification, reduced call times and increased customer satisfaction.

GBTV is a dedicated web-cast television channel for governors of public bodies, council members and senior executives across all public sector organisations and is available free to an unlimited audience at any location via the internet.
