It is produced following a unique public consultation exercise with a representative group of 65 local residents from the London Borough of Lewisham. The aim was to learn about the connections that people make between their life problems and experiences and the public service agencies and delivery mechanisms that are meant to be in place to serve them. By generating data and sharing understanding of connected problems at the level on which they are experienced, local people opened up the narrow definitions of service delivery and began to build holistic and integrated ‘pictures’ of public service.
