It will discuss the implications for buyers, electronic purchasing systems and developing an excellence model in the field.
The seminar is run by The Buying Agency, which together with the CCTA and PACE will be core providers within the new OGC.
It is held in association with the Civil Service College and Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, and counts towards Continuous Professional Development plans.
The seminar takes place at Public Sector Expo 2000 at the London Arena on April 4-5.
