Ahead of the political launch of bids to win the next general election, the leaders of all four political groups at the Local Government Association have set out their proposals for survival.Outlining the key proposals for the future of local government, the manifesto will be given to all political parties in the run-up to the general election to convince the future government of the vital role of local authorities.
