Liverpool City Council has started a search for a partner to build 1500 new homes and bring a further 1000 back into use.

Some 155 delegates from over 100 firms attended the programme launch event  where Mayor Joe Anderson said: “I’m delighted we have had such an overwhelming response. It shows developers have real confidence in Liverpool as a great place to do business. We are always looking at ways of doing things differently here, and this approach isn’t happening anywhere else in the country.
